Glass Hob that so modern, easy to clean... The glass panel exploded suddently for unknown reason shatered its glass all around like ninja trap. thank god my mum was stand away that time. I touch the break panel and straight away my finger bleed. Whats the reason for the glass break? if u said overheated, That time mum just cooking noodle, summore this tech meant for cooking shall be able to stand heat
So i send this pic to the company and cal them how they will responsible for it, Its out of warranty, but i still demand responsibility from them because its almost causes injury... The first thing they ask it RM80 as investigation fees, after that baru cakap how much for the repair. Damn, I said tak mau la... mau bayar punya, kalau sudah fix pun tak ada confident mau pakai, pasal nanti explode lagi camne? then ok just hung up.
The thing is, even if I dun want to pay, but the company no curious wanna know why their product will explode? they just can leave it like that as nothing happen, dont they wanna improve? They just can pretent nothing happened and continue sell this... Damn the company still distribute it on their web... dangerous product!
