Working Every Morning starting from 8.30 to 10.30am.

I choose a website that I finished designed, this website must be as long as possible as it could scroll down, very very down. Its long, so I can use it for whole morning by switching the scene portion by portion. So no need close and open new webpage to do the trick, Jimat Masanya.

The point is, when your collegue, admin or your boss pass by, u scroll down abit to switch scene, they will see different stuff in your monitor compare to 10 min ago instead of always the same like u not working and day dreaming. So Every time they peep on your pc, it will look like u are working on different section liao. I can now freely surf facebook, youtube and read thestar in next tab.

When Somebody come, Click and push mouse roller few inch. Yeah....

Glass Hob Panel Exploded

Glass Hob that so modern, easy to clean... The glass panel exploded suddently for unknown reason shatered its glass all around like ninja trap. thank god my mum was stand away that time. I touch the break panel and straight away my finger bleed. Whats the reason for the glass break? if u said overheated, That time mum just cooking noodle, summore this tech meant for cooking shall be able to stand heat

So i send this pic to the company and cal them how they will responsible for it, Its out of warranty, but i still demand responsibility from them because its almost causes injury...

The first thing they ask it RM80 as investigation fees, after that baru cakap how much for the repair. Damn, I said tak mau la... mau bayar punya, kalau sudah fix pun tak ada confident mau pakai, pasal nanti explode lagi camne? then ok just hung up.

The thing is, even if I dun want to pay, but the company no curious wanna know why their product will explode? they just can leave it like that as nothing happen, dont they wanna improve? They just can pretent nothing happened and continue sell this...

Damn the company still distribute it on their web... dangerous product!

I always see but not dare to touch... in my heart I wishes to, but there is hell lots of consequences might take place, I have tried once, luckily nothing broken, I wish to give it another shot with more persuation, but flash back, first attemp might be just lucky for still being whole, if I would do it again, lucky may not come twice. shall I keep my current live or persuit my left-behind dreams which may destroy my current? if only I could have both... or maybe third or more... my greedy heart, but dreams is dreams... better focus on current and live it fullest instead of gambling my live for things that may not turn out as my dreams...I dont get everthings I wanted, but I have at least whats needed...

Death is not something we should scare about. Death is just death. We definately can die with smile, leaving happily. Just say its my time now. so long my friends. To achieve that, live with fullest, no regret, experience something superb in life mostly include making others happy. Finally u have done even not all, but mostly... u have accomplished mission of your life! thank you! then close your eye... go with memories... start new life after that (if u believe in reborn..)

Why would we so scared of death nowdays? I believe it is because u have something here havent done, why u not do it now... ofcoz, nowdays all young people has lost, dunno what they want, people do what they do what, see people rich u also want rich, people drive camry u also want. Why live their live? find your own lar! always says life's short. Damn you! compare to those bad luck people who get cancer or died in disaster, u may have 70, 80 0r 90 years, each years has 365 days, u times it all u has whole lots of days to look for your dreams... but whats in your mind now? later eat what lunch is it? thats how far u can think?

when u died u sure struggle man..... coz u got nothing to take away... u got no memories... money canot take away... u only take away regrets... sadness... go with sorrow!

I would like to apologize regarding my post in blogger this few months to all the victims that got hard feeling or feel annoying when reading my blog and comments… I’m sorry…

I admit sometime I’m emotional, because I haven’t absorb what is happen to me… I lost here… My purpose to wrote blog just I want to "fat sit" my emotion only, however I used the wrong way to express… I really No evil to disturb or make u all so angry about that… I don’t know will effect other’s people so seriously …Just Because nobody listen to me… So I think too much... I know got problem & I don’t know how to solve… Now I already know that ---> I know what I want, but I know I impossible to get it just "1 C ji gun" post those blog…

Anyway… I explain here just for responsible to myself for Ever what I done & confront it… I fall down here, so I try to stand up here… No matter u all forgive me or not… I already get the punish… Because I know hate or angry is so Unhappy…That feeling is I can’t forget easily… So deep in my heart…

Now I just want to reduce the "Misunderstanding" to each other… I just want to tell Before that I really ignorant.. I don’t know y & when is expose this case… When I know is already too late & getting worst…

This sat I will go collect a voucher rm300 for tinted glass from perodua sales woman

b4 i get it, i gone to the tinted glass shop to check the prices

so i go to that shop and ask for the cheapest one.

the sales gal ask me got voucher anot and i say yes

then she said the cheapest i want is rm 800, minus from coupun is 500.

I said so expansive. i will go home think think.

then she said no tipu u de la... we open shop no tipu customer de, we also wish u will continue using our product in future de ma, so give u so cheap liao. summore our product really good.

next day i pretent as Mr leung call her asking for the price again for the same product

the sales gal ask me got voucher anot and this time i say NO.

then she said the cheapest i want is rm 600.

WTF? so the voucher is actually a business trick.

The voucher is a free gift when i buy my car.

So thats not really a voucher, just something to trick u only...

behind the stage actually both perodua sales woman and tinted glass sales gal is berpakat ketawa behind de....

I beh song called the car sales woman to confirm to take the voucher this sat, even no syok liao.

I was writing this blog after I have a hectic day today. My grandpa was admitted into hospital yet once again for the 4^th time in the row after he gets fever after one day out of hospital. I arriving in hospital on 10.30am when there is still no doctor to see him. He was in the Emergency room for few hours. Me and my mum wait until 12 something and still haven’t have any news about him. So, we decide to go into the emergency room to seek for my grandpa. Once I get into the room, I saw he was looking so ill with a lot of jarum cucuk here cucuk there. It was so painful to see that. He can’t even move a lot. My mum buy a chu cheung fan for him to eat but he only manage to eat very little. There are one time the nurse give me a pampers and ask me to change his pampers because he was terberak. This nurse was sux. I have to do it with my mum to make sure my grandpa more comfortable. After that, there are a 2 doctors come and see my grandpa. Both of them ask the same shit question and do the simple shitty checking. Until around 5pm, another doctor does the same thing again. But this time he got a personal conversation with us. He says my grandpa was having infection on the lung. Most of his organ was hardly function already. This may lead into 2 different situations. He may recover from the infection or the infection getting worse. If his infection was getting worse, his life will be in a critical situation. The doctor say if situation getting really worse, they hope not to do any CPR to save him. It’s better to let him go peacefully. Doing the CPR might also damage his lung since his lung was so weak. I understand the situation but just hardly accept it. I hope my grandpa will recover from this infection and keep hold on but in the other hand I do not want to see my grandpa surfer everyday. So, I've encountered a problem whereby my pages able to run on IE7 but when it comes to IE8, problem arise -.-" So, I search, search and SEARCH for the solution on our beloved source of information, the INTERNET. Finally I come across THIS, THIS, THIS and THIS. Oh, and THIS as well.

Since our blog so silence lately, I decides to post crap here.

My internal harddisk (pc) and external hd spoiled on the same day, WTF?!
On sat morning, the pc still functioning well, until after I went back from lunch, try to boot it, it able to go in Windows, but immediately go to blue screen after that, I was like.... Normally I encounter blue screen at Blitzone oni wor!!!
Ok, nvm, try to backup the thing 1st, went to Herman's house to backup thing, as well as to copy Dragonica's setup file (LOL). In the middle of the process of copying the file to my external HD, suddenly it can't be detected, HOLY COW!

No choice but to format internal HD, but......... the other pc also unable to detect the external HD when I plug it in -_-" Say BB to external HD? LOL -.-

Taekwando is cool, yeah! I mean Koreans, local de..buuuu....

Local just join it coz cool, whose dun wan join a cool club then go to tell chicks that they were taekwandian? epecially black belt holder. Memorize taekeuk only ma, really Jet li meh, DIU!

Something bother me during my Taekwando time is why when go competition for realy sparring need wear the sohai vest? after wear that cannot show my real kung fu liao, canot do as I normally practise, canot kick high as usual due to the TaiBei terblock by vest. the vest so annoying and uncomfortable. Summore after wear that topi keledar, focus became small liao, canot see left and right, Diu!

On day 15th of CNY, v went to bdr tasik permaisuri (correct me if I'm wrong, LOL) to c ppl pao kam (throw mandarin, normally for girls, guys will pick them up). First, v tot v might cancel the plan due to rain around 8pm but fortunately it rains juz for a while (OK, half an hour perhaps?) so v able to get back to our initial plan.
Reach tasik permaisuri around 9.30++ and saw the place already crowded. (Alot of lalas there too, LOL, not to mentioned there are alot of couples there too, possibly to look around XD)

V were looking for a nice place to c the pao kam event and found a NOT-SO-TOP place to have an overview of a small pond where the event took place. There were MCs for the event as well, LOL. And some guests of honour there giving speech. Once the speech is over, and the MC announced that "girls, can throw liao (this is my own modified speech, haha)", then the girls started to throw mandarin into the pond and the despos guys rush into the pond (with plastic bags!) to took the mandarin, although the MC told them not to do so 1st as they wan to count the amount of mandarin thrown into the pond for the so-called what record O.o Talk about despos, HUH......

And, Keith do comment the audio system for the event is kinda, BAD XD The singers songs was affected by the system, YEAP, there are singers invited to the event, though v not rili know who they are :P And guys do gave bananas to their desire gals XD

As usual, after watch the event, went to CC, AGAIN~ hahahahaha

anyway, now i'm going to work part time as Maybank Etiqa Takaful Agent, they are pushing a saving plan, but it looks like mutual fund + insurance + EPF also... let me roughly explain about how it works:-

we call it Etiqa Takaful (previously is for bumiputra, but now release for chinese too)
they have few saving method, monthly, every quarter, half month, a per anum...

minimum saving per month is RM100, minimum saving year is 10 years. maximum is 30 years (at our age count is around retired age).

so it works like this... this Etiqa takaful have an interest of 5.5% - 8% per anum,

so for example if you start saving RM100 per month now, after 30 years your total saving is RM36K, but in your account it should be around RM90K++ (cause interest added per anum )**(this is saving + mutual fund)

beside this, there's also Insurance for saver, touch wood, if the saver passed away, his/her parent will receive sum from Takaful FUND (which is now having 6 billion, if not mistaken),
if your saving is RM100, you will get around RM70K++ **(here is the insurance)

actually this plan money cannot be taken out within 5 years (this is the weakness, but to secure maybank also)

This plan is for people that REALLY wanna do saving for his future retired plan, because it was a long term saving... if someone might think he/she might not be able to save "that" amount monthly, it was advised not to do this saving, because once the saving stopped within 3-4 years, the money will gone (not sure yet) but if after around 4-5 years, there's an automatic system that will used up the money in your saving and cover it for you for a some time (not sure how long yet)

maybe a bit blur, but that what i know now,

Today i have watch the "Resident Evil Degeneration 2008", is an animation like Final Fantasy 7 we see last time. one word after watching, "cool", the graphic is nice, like a real ppl. This time we will see old character, leon and Claire, with new character angela (i feel she not beauty then Claire, :P). leon style is same like Resident Evil 4.

This Story is 7 year after the history of Racon city(i think is aso after the story of resident evil 4),claire on airport and suddenlly............(see yourself, :P)

The Boss this time same as resident evil 2 boss, bt not william~~(mungkin sudah tak ada idea nak create baru punya boss atau pun org kena G-virus pun jadi macam tu).

This, have been release at japan on Oct 18 and the DVD will be release on our state at Dec 31.

DRINK WATER ON EMPTY STOMACH
It is popular in Japan today to drink water immediately after waking up every morning. Furthermore, scientific tests have proven its value. OK, another holy-day, a long but not so long weekend for us, since DeepAvali is on monday so v may consider it a long weekend, at least 3 days (but too bad I got work on SAT-UR-DAY :S ).

Ok, enuf crap, lets move on to what I have done on these 3 days.

Sat-UR-day (25Oct08)
After work, went back to home. Continue with my gundam prj (gundam virtue^^, finally my gundam 00 series collection completed). Took my whole evening to finish it, actually is 1 week liao coz I do part by part at each night, LOL. I'll upload the pic later^^ Then, at night feels boring, went out yamcha-ing wif frens at FUN OK. LOL the place not bad actually, but too bad the waiter suggest me to sit at other place rather than let me sit at the place the window. KNS =\

SUN-day (26Oct08)
Walao, I think today is the most money-consuming XD Today after lunch direct went to takei, package 3 hours. Then, yamcha at mamak. After that, went home for dinner and come out to watch football wif herman, keith and steve. Maklum la, Chelsea VS Liverpool wor, big match. Since Herman is a BIG fan-si of Liverpool, so this is a muz watch match. There are quite number of ppl on that nite, some of them even scream and clap when Liverpool score a goal, which herman feels HIGH as well. During the match, a lot of fun conversation comes up such as when Liverpool score the first goal in the game, v'll label it as Liverpool has drew first blood. Duh... DotA sick, haha XD Herman do his full support as fan-si, calling out "DEFEND ah!! GOGOGO!!" In the end, Liverpool won 1-0. Actually Liverpool deserves a higher score that day, but having to win at Stamford Bridge in EPL is already a high success for them. GJ. After the match v went to takei (AGAIN, LOL) 3 hours. Reach home around 2 something (almost 3) and went to sleep like a pig (-_-)zZ

In Web designing, u not only have to know illustrator and photoshop. But also knowldge in
html, css, flash, dreamweaver, javascripts, php, asp, FTP. Sometimes need to use adobe after efect for more professional animation such as 3d effect which flash can't do. Not yet mention of mysql for database, Shoppingcart and online transaction.

In Graphic design, Illustrator and photoshop etc... some printing knowledge

But Graphic designer and Web designer get paid same rate!

Recently I feel tired, rasa nak muntah tengok bertimbun timbun copysheet on my table. satu belum siap 3 mari pulak! Some have to scan the whole book and make it a web catalog, Whole book thick like history book. Some never give any pic at all but demand nice design with animated flash intro.

I keep thinking until my brain dry and shrink. where got so many idea. Nak nangis pulak tak boleh. Everynight sleeping will dremt that im still sitting in front pc using dreamweaver. So obvious my brain not yet shutdown, More seriously on sunday i will ter-wakeup automatic at 6 want to prepare to work. Brain Automatic restart gei!

Rambut became less, I'm very sure that i will mediterrian b4 25. And my memory became very weak. Must write down anything like ah pak! Somehow i still like my job, Maybe Becoz this is the only thing i can do. from here i can learn alot by myself and design things my own way.

-ar, Ok, I got mood to create a post today. Recently really out of idea of what to post, coz I not really go out often, just stick at home, watching TV or playing DotA. My weekday activities will be:
WORK, GO HOME, WORK, GO HOME

This is pathetic! Yeah, I know it is boring :X I also don’t know why my life is that. I not longed for something that is extremely exciting, but hey, at least lemme get out of this stupid routine -.- Hmm, or maybe coz my laziness to go out that makes me a boring man? XD Anyway, let’s moves on to the random topic.

Last two (or three?) Sunday ago, I go to become” hing dai” of my colleague (let’s address him as J) on his wedding day. Before that, let’s look on my definition of “hing dai”.

Kent’s definition of “HING DAI(s)”:
A person who helps the bridegroom on his journey to “jip” (jemput, fetch, take or whatever) bride on the wedding day (Chinese culture, I believe Chinese know what I meant). Normally, a bridegroom will collect as many HING DAI as possible to help him out of trouble that will cause by “JI MUI” of the bride. “HING DAI”’s job is to help the bridegroom face (and of coz, safely pass it all) all the trouble.

OK, there goes the definition. On that day, some of my colleagues also become “HING DAI” of J. J also got a bunch of friends as his “HING DAI”. So, when v arrive at the bride’s (let’s address her as E) house, E’s “JI MUI” already settle up the “trouble” for us. =.=” So the game begins. Lucky for me, I do not have chance to play the “trouble” XD But the experience of become “HING DAI” quite fun also :P

One of the activities is drink “something”. I know this one sure comes out since I watch it a lot from TV. One of my colleagues who stand in front me been pushed a bit front that cause him to undertake the challenge of drinking the FUNNY-TASTE-UNTIL-DUNO-WHAT-TO-SAY drink. But, he passed it. Bravo!

Again, lucky I din kena this one O.o (coz duno how to dance ma :P) The third activity need to be done by the bridegroom, carrying a stick and spin around. Hmm, hard to imagine huh? I think picture will explains better. After all the stuffs, comes to final agenda which is gives angpao to “JI MUI” as what we called “OPEN DOOR ANGPAO”.

I’ll make a long story short, the scene then moves to bridegroom successfully jemput bride and the yamcha (oops, is tea drinking) session begins where bridegroom and bride presents tea to the elders (Chinese culture too). After yamcha session at bride’s house, v moves to bridegroom’s house and another yamcha session begins. Finally, our job as “HING DAI” has ended and whole process took around time from morning till afternoon (1 something or 2, forgotten :P)

Holiday, yay! Suppose turn out to be very enjoyable but I juz go through it with normal activities that I usually do at weekend.

Day 1: Saturday (pre-Merdeka 30th Aug)
Working saturday.... SIGH >"<>_>). Duh.... I hate working Saturday, seriously. After work half day, back to home, watch Full Metal Alchemist (borrow from Henry ^_^V) a little bit, then direct take nap until late in the evening. After wake up, as usual, its dinner time. After dinner, take bath, watch Death Note part 1 at 8.30pm brought to me by 8TV. LOL, sounds promoting the channel XD Then sleep. What a day -.-

Day 2: Merdeka (31th Aug)
Erm, let me recall..... Oh ya, wake up early in the morning again, dunno y, mayb used to it, LOL. After I took my breakfast, my dad suggest for a movie session at BTS. Well, since ntg to do, I join them XD At first I tot the movie that v r going to watch is Wall-E, but it turn out to be Money Not Enough 2. Not bad! I enjoy the movie very much, got funny scenes, touching scenes as well. My tears rili comes out at some touching scenes. U guys should go N watch. Jack Neo's production =) After movie, go for lunch and some window shopping at BTS then went home. At night, I managed to get Steve and Keith come out for cybercafe session. HOHO... As usual, after game v went to yamcha at old place. There, Keith suggest how bout another 2 game after yamcha~ Well, its ok since no nid work on Monday :D Another session ends at 2 something, almost 3am in the morning. Gosh, long time no play until "so early".

Day 3: Monday (Holyday)
Wake up at 9.30am...... WTF, not enuf sleep >"< After breakfast, back to sleep. Around lunch hour, managed to get Keith and Steve (again, LOL) for lunch session. At "Yat Yat Loi", Henry met us when he out for lunch, at 1st tot he wanna do revision dun wan join us, but met him there. Fate, friends ma XD After lunch, 3 of us go to cybercafe (again -.-) N Henry went home to continue his revision. In the middle of the game, Kyle come to join us. Play some games then go to yamcha and continue cybercafe session (again?!) after yamcha, HAHA. Then went home for dinner and the daily routine as usual. LOL

What a HOLY-day -.- Seems like doing repitition for two days straight. Just like for loop in programming

That day when i saw this from kyle post, i feel like i'm missing a lot the life when we were still in the secondary school. Too many nice memory during that time. Miss the time when we play badminton at the court right behind our school. Every saturday without fail, we will have a game there. After playing badminton, we will sit at the mamak nearby they and start gossip; talking immature things. Sometime we will go aunty there to eat mee. But now... everyone is struggling for their own life...

I still remember the genting trip where 5 of us go up (me, kyle, kitchai, kent and myrth). We have lotz of fun playing the spinning cup...makes me feel funny when i think of Kitchai who wanna throw up right after playing the bloody cup...

Miss the time when we go cyber cafe there to 'ta kei' (play comp games). After finish ta kei, sure got topic to talk about.

Juz on last saturday, i attend my gf convocation day (photos i had post it on my blog). I feel a bit sad for them as they will start separating from each other to continue on their own life. Some go back penang, some go to singapore...etc. I think, they sure very miss the days when they hang around. Go shopping, yamcha together, sing k' and etc...and even the trip they've been together

When we were young , we always want to be just like the adults. Working, earning money, etc. But when we are adults, we wish that we can be young again. Miss the moment very much.

ok let me blog bout what i did that day i take leave.

Early in morning same time as going to work, I driving to salak south fetch my gf. Feels so good compare to driving to work. Fresh air. We go YYL eat mee. I order kon lou pan mee, my gf order pork mee.

The pan mee aunty come to us said, now u and your friends no more come eat together here like b4. I reply coz everybody has started working, we nomore enjoy like school times liao. The aunty agreed.

After eat i fetch my gf to my house, once reach my house front gate i decide to drive my gf to the lake next to my house which is accessable now since got people clear all the bushes recently. Its so natural and relaxable seeing the view. Summore got komodo dragon walk slowly there and the Blue Bird flying around... Wow amazing view. like Discovery channel! My gf always bring camera with her, so i use it to capture the komodo. (I show u guys after she send to me)

Because of the komodo, we do not enter the lake lo, so back to my house watch olympic.

Then we decide go IOI mall to watch walle, once reach there we feels malas to watch, not in the mood for cinema. So we walk walk and window shopping for around 1 hour. We go Jusco inside IOI too and we saw fried Chicken Which is vey cheap and looks quiet same as kentucky punya. RM 1.50 per piece only. So we Ta Pau and go back my house eat while watching olympic again.

After that we tidur tengah hari.

Then wake up again saw my mum start cooking liao. I saw outside my house so windy.. so i take my gf go out and walk walk and bring my dog. My dog is hard to control, damn strong! around 15 min canot tahan liao then i send my dog home and go to that lake again with my gf.

First my gf not dare enter coz of komodo... but then a woman and 2 guy go in there Fishing, we follow them lo, go in there watch them fishing and enjoying the view and blue bird... Feels like retired people enjoying life!

Finally we back to my house and my mum finish cook, we eat dinner...

Since start working, I lost alot of time, and never realise everything nice around me...
life can be simple

Today play a dota match, team wif steve, keith, henry and another duno who the hell is he/she against another team that comprise of troll, luna, tinker, zeus and tomato (tormented soul). Luna leaves after dominating streak has been ended by us (die once then leave, duno wat he/she want). Tinker leaves as well after that, then the match become 5v3. Macam bully, but think again =\ Troll took their item to farm n wtfomgbbq!!! His item out dam fast n kills us like crazy!!

Then the pugna finally leaves (thank god!! early early leave la, cb kia!!!). Sim arrives and take over steve's place, then slowly v get the rhythm back and able to get troll down and push down some rax^^ Celaka punya zeus play lothar make me have to get gem to kill him, knnccb!!

OK, back to the funny part, when v pushing mid, v realise troll got his DR(divine rapier, OMFG), but as wat v said, NO NID DIE MEH!!! V did kill him once, make him lost his ankh/aegis. Then v going for top rax. That fella stil duno wat happen, go to forest N v immediately gb him, HIS DR DROPPED AND I PICKED IT UP, hoho, free 250dmg^^. Then,

Paiseh, say jor a post per day, but its been a while since I last blog :P Kinda bz this few days catering the so-called "god"'s needs to enhance the program's library.

Well, I feel like wanna quit as well, not the company's fault, mayb is my own problem. Sometimes, I duno whether this is the correct path that I walk. Think back to few years ago, after v graduated from secondary school, I have no idea which way should I go. Blur blur enrol to computer science studies. Then blur blur past few years, graduated, then work. Sometimes it is quite cool to become a software engineer, looking at ur own developed programs work fine. But during development, u'll feel juz like to bang ur head to the wall or pull ur hair outta ur head trying to figure out WTF is happening when ur program does not work. Maybe all this stress cause me to become even thinner compare to when I was in secondary school. Motivation to work? I can't think of any other than the salary. Work -> earn living -> spend. What a boring cycle =\ Isn't u guys feel the same? ==" The thing I found that worth as a Ta Kung Jai is the experience. After in working field, I only realise programming field and the way of doing it is FARKING BROAD!!! Anyway, all field also liddat, hmm~

About Kyle's matter, mayb that fella rili beh song u got promoted so fast XD That's why seems got prejudice to u O.o

Hey, is me, kiDd##. I know Kyle is pissed off by his so -called sales manager, i think? Dun worry , be happy. Today kiDd## kor kor let u to see something interesting...whakakaka. I received this on the mail. Quite long ago. But it is really interesting, believe me!! I'm not sure whether u guys got see this b4 or not?

Every morning have to face that 35 years old something sohai. The only lan Jiau that keep modify my art into piece of so called beautiful-shit, today he came again said: Open that web u did and see, The banner no related at all, when u study web design your lecturer never teach you how to create an effective web? you tel me why u use company van for the career section? (Actually I never really study that also thats why i get hired coz cheap!)

I reply, coz its a place for people apply job to work for this company, so it shows that people can feel its time to go work drivng the company van.

Then he said. Lei kam yeung lei Dau Ah?! you only use your own personal thinking to create web, never think what the real things should be!

I said, Thats my oppinion lo, you got your own, everybody has different oppinion, you say wrong maybe others is right.

Then he Scold! MY OPPINION IS BASED INTERNATIONAL! yours never reach 20% international!

Then I said. KAM LEI SEUNG NGO DIM? (em lan sun liao)

Since started work as a web designer i had done quite alot of work :
here is all the web i did that I would like to share to you guys.
Eventhou the jobs quiet sucks and stressfull,
Everyday also kena humiliated by a sales person that my design was outdated, out of topic, unrelated, blah blah blah.... spoil my mood every morning!

summore have to change my art into a piece of shit due to those sales person demand.

Im always sure my design was acceptable by customers but just has to by pass the sale person that was so Deng Sam Deng Fai!

But This will still be my portfolio in future.
not much but I was trying to made a strong profile within this years!

2. Stock Variety
3. Comfortable Atmosphere (Cleaning)
4. Reasonable Price
5. Professional Knowledge

all of this factor is our key of success,
now ask ourself... which one we don't have or not good at??

for what i've seen is...

-Thought of the day-

1. Friendly Service:-
-When customer come in shop, does our staff immediately approach them and say "yes?"
-some have, some not, some walk slowly... some watch from casher counter... some wait customer come closer...
-ask yourself, have you done the very basic move??
-When customer come in bringing PC for repair, does our staff help customer to take over to technician place??
-you know how heavy the PC is?? help them take is a service... let them feel friendly...
-Does our staff always keep the smiling face??
-some maybe moody... some maybe boring... some may looks gangster... some hand in pocket... some lean against shelf...
-try not to bring self mood into work, everyone want to be happy family~ let customer feel our warm.. not like lalazai lalamui shop...
-How does our staff talk to customer??
-some soft and polite... some rude and lanC... some lazy to reply... some simply answer...

2. Stock Variety:-
-How does our stock level control??
-some branch always no stock when customer ask but other branch have stock??
-when branch out of best selling stock did anyone request from other branch??
-when customer ask the product we have sell but at your branch dont have, did u ask customer to wait transfer or go to that branch??
-when
-when customer request something we dont have, have try to convince him buy our products??
-when customer hardly request something we dont have what do you answer??
-if someone answer "NO", means we lost this opportunity...
-we should try to say, "we dont have this product on hand, but we can try order for you"
(can or cannot is another question, most important we let customer feel we've try to look for them)

3. Comfortable Atmosphere:-
-Does we always keep out branch clean??
-Does our old stock coated with dust??
-Does our stock arrange and display nicely??
-Does our arrangement looks messy or comfortable??
-Does our price tag tagged on floor, wall, shelf, or any other place beside product??
-Does the sticker, cellophane tape, chewing gum or other sticky items
stick somewhere in our shop??
-Does we clean hidden place such as under desk, drawer, corner??

4. Reasonable Price:-
-Does our price have a big different with market??
-Did you found out any item price too high??
-Every New Price posted, did you edit all??
-Have you ever survey surrounding shop price??
-Did you see some product price lower than cost?? (this is because it was an old stock)
-Is there any product with 2 price on it??
-Did our staff promote Promotion item??
-Did our staff mention TechFrenz member price?? (not discount, but member price)
-Have you suggest or do any promotion on your own branch to clear old stock??
(example:- old casing + old harddisk)

5. Professional Knowledge:-
-Did our staff prepared to answer at least 70% of customer question?
-Did our staff self studying on the product or online surf friendster and youtube
when there is free time??
-Did our staff aggressively explain the product or wait customer to ask??
-Does our staff ever explain about the product or just act like guard watching the
customer walk around, following them like zombie, acting like casher (not salesman)
-Have you ever push customer something new such as DIGITAL PHOTO FRAME,
DRAWING PAD, as you know, most of our product need to be explain in order to
understand the usage of it, simply displaying it customer wont know what is it..
treat customer like baby, we care and educate them...
